What information is shown on my listing?
Every listing shows your home's name, location, description, a photo, who you serve (men's, women's, or co-ed), your phone number and website, your total beds, monthly pricing and amenities, plus a button visitors can use to send you a bed inquiry. You can keep all of it up to date from your dashboard on any plan, free included — including the answers in your listing's FAQ. Paid plans add priority placement and the Verified operator badge, and Progress and Structured add custom SEO titles and social previews and a gallery of up to 6 photos.
How do families and case managers find my listing?
Every listing gets its own page built for search engines, and the directory is browsable by state, city, and gender (men's, women's, or co-ed). Listings on a paid plan rank above free listings, and Structured plan listings get top placement with a Featured badge.
Can I list multiple homes?
Yes. Each home has its own listing and its own plan, and they all bill together on one monthly invoice. Multi-home discounts apply automatically: 2nd home 10% off, 3rd 20% off, 4th 30% off, and 5th and beyond 40% off. The free trial is once per account, not once per home, and it's for accounts whose first purchase is a software plan: any home you put on a paid plan after your account is already billing — a Directory Listing included — bills from the start, and we'll ask for a card if there isn't one on file.
I just want to be listed — do I have to use the software?
No. A free listing puts your home in the directory without the software: you can claim it, add a photo, and keep your basic information current. Paid plans add priority placement, the Verified operator badge, and the software that runs the house, and you can upgrade whenever you're ready.
