Alex Buford 

My name is Alex! I was raised on the east coast, and got sober in california in 2016. Since then, I have been living in Los Angeles, and my life centers around my love for the ocean, physical fitness, emotional fitness, and spiritual fitness. I like to incorporate all of these things when helping others on their journey to be successful in their life and sobriety. Life should be as fun as you want it to be! I love nature, and the outdoors, and one of my biggest passions/hobbies is food and cooking delicious meals! As well as having an active life, I am a huge fan of music and movies. Long road trips in the car accompanied by great music is my preferred method of travel, and quality time on the sofa watching movies or good tv shows is my idea of a perfect chill night.
